I'm creating a mailing list for visitors of my personal non-commercial site. Site's main purpose will be to educate about web design, programming, and web services (in their various aspects - shopping, finances and entertainment). Since I have somewhat limited knowledge here, I need others' feedback and help via communicating - the more help I get from others, the more interesting my site will be. Also, since my site is just being developed, I do want my guests to know about new things happening on my site.
