Mailinglist to organize a central CRBN* group for the german red cross in Berlin. Members will be potential members of this group.

*) CRBN is a term of the german emergency services: The CRBN group protects against and reacts to chemical (C), biological (B), radiological (R) and nuklear (N) threats.
