The WIA Attorneys listserv is a private list that seeks to use today's list technology to further collaboration among attorneys in the 50 states working on Workforce Investment Act issues around the country including the development of performance accountability systems and case management systems; electronic privacy; procurement of open source code vendor solutions, web based service delivery, web advertising, wage record interchange and electronic record matching, as well as general WIA issues.
