This is a mailing list set up for the sole purpose of discussing various implementations on a technological and social level, in place to lend aid to those persons who are blind or visually impaired. This includes programs designed to work with specific screen readers, to steps that can/should be taken on a social/political level, as well as the technological, to improve the lives of blind and visually impaired persons.
