utopianow: The Unified Settlement Forum

The Unified Settlement is a new nation, created for everyone, regardless of race, religion, or location. We seek to secure human rights for every Citizen of Earth. Toward that end, an internet-based secure voting system is to be developed that will give each Citizen a voice. Versions of the system will be given test runs as active Settlement members vote on various issues. This forum is for the discussion of that system, as well as other aspects of our developing human nation.
