The project will be discussing network management issues that directly relate to the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP). We will be discussing in depth what practical solutions there are, what tools are available, what companies are utilizing SNMP and what implementation strategies did they use in their network. We will also be discussing the correlation of SNMP implementation with network security and what are the best practices and configurations methods.
