The Taiwan Animal Acoustics Mailing List (TAAM List) provides a space for researchers and students in Taiwan to interact in the field of Animal Bioacoustics (study of the sound and signal emmited by various kind of animals, ex: bats, dolphins, fishes, frogs, crickets, etc.). The discussion covers the following topics: devices used for recording (type and parameter of hydrophone, analog/digital recorder), and analysis techniques (Sound analysis software, like Avisoft, CoolEdit, etc. and programming languages, ex: Matlab).
