spkmunich: SPK Munich

In the SPK student dorm in Munich there is a server which is run by me and offers different services to the members of the dorm, such as DHCP, internal web page, shared folders for easy sharing. As of now, there isn't an easy way to communicate with the members of the dorm when changes in the server have been made. This list should resolve that problem.
