seb: SEB Student Network

The SEB Student Network was formally created following student interest generated at the 1999 International Botanical Congress meeting in St. Louis, Missouri. The main reason for establishing such a network was the hope that it would foster open channels of communication and facilitate dialog among student colleagues.
