The People's Voice mailing list was created to electronically disseminate information to Kamloops citizens on issues of human rights, social justice and equality; to promote and integrate the use of information and communications technology into social activism and organizing; and to educate and build awareness about more effective ways of using ICT, both individually and as a social change movement.
