Chatnet is an Internet Relay Chat network. Newscom is the service provided for users too keep them up to date on current changes/news. The tutorial group will be incharge of teaching user a bit about chatnet, specialised IRCd commands, the etique etc... and also interact with the technical working group on certain other issues
