eppe: My EPPE site

The EPPE mailing list will provide a communication media for a small group of people who will be talking about the development of a web site based on Drupal CMS (or Joomla, only time will tell). The site will start from scratch and from the members' contributions will grow to a full scale portal. The list's primary language will be in greek.
