EA portal will be a collection of information from various water studies related companies, institutions as well as research centres. And it'll be a "wiki" approach to updating the information on the portal. The list will function as a way to notify members of updates in EA Portal - basically the list will be sent to subscribers to tell them about recent updates on the EA portal.
