After installing Microsoft Publisher on my XP Pro machine, when I open an email using outlook express, the html .jpg attachment now opens with Publisher. I have set my default programs to open .jpg files in windows xp pro to open using Microsoft Photo and Fax Viewer and set html to open with internet explorer. The attachments still open with Publisher!! can you tell me where the setting is in either Publisher or Outlook Express to set my Outlook Express to its origional settings and stop Publisher from controlling my attachments?
