This list is a discussion forum for the reference group of the Doing IT Better project. Doing IT Better is a 3-year action research project to build the ICT capacity of the Victorian community services sector by developing appropriate technological tools, facilitating ICT strategic planning, and advocating for policy and procedural change in State Government departments that fund community service organisations.
