The aim of this list is to improve, sustain and expand the Tijuana hacking community through an ongoing asynchronous discussion on current, general, multidisciplinary and prevalent themes.
All topics are welcome. Invitation is informal. Discussion is unmoderated.
List constituents include electronic technicians, computer enthusiasts, coders, IT professionals, web-developers, and new-media researchers.
The scope of this list is purely local, although members’ contact with specific San Diego-based user groups is common.
