The FreeLists Faq-O-Matic : How do I...? : Remove messages from the archive? Log in to the Portal Administrator and remove the messages from the "Archive Settings" pages. Messages aren't really *removed,* just taken out of the web-based portion of the archive. They can be retrieved by unchecking them on the same screen.
