The Dillo Project provides a
fast, lightweight web browser for Unix-like operating systems.
The core Dillo developers are rather conservative about incorporating
feature enhancements into Dillo, so the dillo-patches mailing list
provides a place for developers and users to discuss more aggressive
development.

You should be able to find all patches in the mailing list archives. In addition, Paul Pelzl maintains a GNU Arch archive that
contains the core Dillo sources with some of the more significant patches applied. Instructions for accessing this archive can be found here.
