Striclty for the testing and resolution of Outlook XP's so-called Intelligent Encoding/TNEF issues. The idea is simple. Because Outlook 2002 uses 'Intelligent Encoding' a large number of waste posts are created in the normal freelists lists from people trying to repeatedly solve the annoyance of extra = and other encoding in their otherwise plain text messages. This group would have the sole purpose of giving those people a place to submit their messages and recieve their processed messages in an attempt to get control of Outlook's Quoted Printable settings.
