We are a group of IT/edemocracy practicioners in Sweden who technically or otherwise manage a variety of tools/methods for infusion of more democratic dialog/consultation methods in and to local government and civil society organizations. We are the users of an extinct BBS @ Caracas, Venezuela. This list tends to be an open discussion list. Diverse topics are treated, however mainly focusing on technology related issues. Email, Internet, WWW, AV, Spyware/Adware and also how to fight SPAM.
