We, the so-called "Landeskonvent", are a corporation of Theology students. We do already host a web site but its concept might well be outdated. The new mailing list is intended to help get people into discussion on whether and how this web site should be altered or reconstructed. Thus a mailing list would help to make more people get acquainted with HTML and web design, which is a crucial point for clergypeople who later will be responsible for web sites in the context of their parishes. We also try to demonstrate the effect of quicker and more direct communication within a corporation that springs up from using mailing lists. This is why we intend to make more Theology students acquainted with that technology and use a FreeLists Mailing List as a means of demonstration and practice.
