hierarchical database with HTML Frontend (semester project at Furtwangen University)

This List is for a Semester Project at Furtwangen University (http://www.hs-furtwangen.de/english/index_en.html). The goal of the project will be to connect the webpage of a sublier of database trainings (IMS-Society: http://www.ims-society.org/), with a hierarchical database. As the already existing webpage is based on PHP and a relational database, we first need to restructure the relational datamodell into a hierarchical one. Then we have to create the HTML pages and PHP Code so that the customer can have access to the hierarchical database. Finally the customer will be able to view informations about database trainings and register for database trainings.

SetiStats

SetiStats is a simple windows service (with Control Panel applet for configuration) that retrieves individual user performance statistics from the Seti@Home website. Once the information has been retrieved it is e-mailed to the user and some simple charts attached to the e-mail message showing simple performance trends.
