e-mail list for Smart Card Security Working Group. The Smart card security working group is an ad hoc working group setup to share information on smart card security + PKI. The working group was setup between the 2 British companies CESG & QinetiQ and the e-mail list is really only for the members of the working group to communicate to each other about the current research on the above technology - the intention is for this e-mail group to stay private to QinetiQ and CESG.
