The Human Flag Project This is an artistic/social project in Belgium with the goal to put a human flag next to the international flags on international institutions like the NATO or EU. This list will be technology related in the way that we need to design the flag, this means talks about software that will be used for the designs, sharing the concepts also organising the lobbying that is needed for the international institutions etc, but it will also be used to keep eachother up to date of our meetings and decisions etc so it's not only technology related. I hope this meets the criteria because it's not easy to find a decent mailing list. If there are more questions please feel free to ask them.
