back ground :
In 2000, the prime minister of Japan Obuchi (the deceased) have announced the education program of the information technology for all the people who never have touched PCs in their life before, mainly age over 60s. In 2001, each local self-governing body becoming the management parent, the PC workshop for the beginners started as a gratuitousness service. In there, this volunteer group took charge of the support for review of the workshop which is held at the Suginami, Tokyo area. This year, the workshop is held continuing, and we need the mailing list which can be utilized easily for communication and discussion of education.
