Radio F.R.E.I.
English:
Radio F.R.E.I. (www.radio-frei.de) is a noncommercial local radio station in Erfurt/Germany. My job is to write localnews and coordinate the localnewsteam. An idea was to provide a newsletter for the news, so that everyone can be informed about news from Erfurt (only in german). So we are noncommercial and low in money - therefor I'm looking for a free listservice like yours.
P.S.: Sorry for the additional work, cause I'm wrote in german.
