The aim of this list is to have a public forum to discuss all issues relating to the use of information technology by visually impaired people. This can include using IT in work, in education or for home use. The list is not restricted to members of BCAB it is open to anyone who has an interst in these issues either through simple interest, a person working in an assistive technology company, researchers developing new approaches to the human-computer interface etc. Although BCAB is based in the UK its membership is international and we appreciate views and information from all sources.
