FreeLists / webproducers / [webproducers] poll apps

Looking for recommendations on a user friendly polling app. We used web pasties 
for many years but it has become unreliable. 
 
In doing research, PollDaddy seems to have everything we need including a 
private label option but I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with it 
or if there are other poll apps you'd recommend.
