Responsibilities:
Overall Goal:  Provide a leadership role to our business partners to =20
integrate all Reader's Digest businesses and it=92s affiliates into the =20=

web in a competitive, creative and effective way.

Work closely with Digital Business Group Project Director on all =20
aspects of your role

Marketing/Client/Project Management

=D8        Work closely with your client base on a regular basis to =20
learn their business and how it pertains to the web

=D8        Lead regularly scheduled meetings with client base to =20
discuss recent accomplishments, near term deliverables, long term =20
plan status and FY budget.  Update as needed.

=D8        Manage smaller scale projects for the client to completion =20=

and own results with the business

=D8        Know the competitors in your clients=92 industry, watch their =
=20
web activity closely, review results of what they do, how they do it =20
and what works

=D8        Work with the client to manage their internet budget, =20
defining priorities and schedules through the FY.

=D8        Gather business requirements

=D8        Extend business needs to improve on the business objectives =20=

at every opportunity

=D8        Requirements definition and documentation

=D8        Provide leadership and direction relating to your project(s) =20=

to all members of the project team through the lifecycle of the project.

=D8        Schedule and task management

=D8        Manage the project to the project budget.

=D8        Work towards projects coming in on time and on budget while =20=

meeting the goals set forth in the requirements.

=D8        Post and understand project results and analyze where =20
applicable (how did it do, what worked, what didn=92t, how can it do =20
better? can we reuse it elsewhere?)


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required plus one to three years project management =20=

experience, two to four years web experience with basic knowledge of =20
project lifecycle.  Experience with content management, ecommerce, =20
and/or online sweepstakes a plus.
