Hi,
If you do offer HTML as a format consider how the HTML will be imbedded
and what type of HTML is to be used. I get lots of HTML messages that are
Microsoft specific HTML attachments - in particular one message I get
doesn't appear unless I save the attached HTML file!
I agree with Christie that you should give people a choice, but be sure to
have plain as a default, many people might not even know what HTML is let
alone if their 'mail reader' (itself technical jargon) accepts HTML.
