imho, the hard part of the scope process is the
requirements assessment and getting everyone to agree
that you are in fact building a horse and it will in
fact have four legs ... if you can avoid commiting to
specs for a camel you have already won the big fights

scope docs come in so many flavors, and function on so
many levels ... who is the audience ... the client?
the tech peole? the ceo?
