Hi, Evan -
Are you using unicode characters (&x####) in your <TITLE> tags? Some
browsers (Netscape and Firefox) will, if you're using Google (for
instance), interpret that string into its character and display the
special characters on screen and in that browser's TAB (not the title
bar). Try this link:
http://google-yahoo.com/
You'll see a club and a smiley...IE and Opera will not do this. Also,
the browser's *title bar* will not decipher the unicode.
After that, I guess we have to begin the ol' troubleshooting story...
