Technical Project Manager:

The RAPUNSEL research team (http://www.rapunsel.org) is seeking an 
experienced technical project manager to work with faculty and students 
in the design and implementation of the RAPUNSEL project,
a game to teach programming to middle school girls.

Three years of professional software development/game development 
experience, experience with game engines, rendering = necessary. Game 
design experience helpful. Should be a Java expert, have good people 
skills, and an interest in activist gaming.

This staff person will be housed within the NYU Media Research 
Laboratory at NYU and will be employed by the NYU Research Foundation. 
It is a 70% time Research Scientist position (appx 30 hours per week) 
with standard benefits. We have funding for this position for two years. 
We are looking for someone to begin in October 2004.
