Revolution Health Group?s Information Portal Division is seeking an
interactive health, News Producer. 
 
Candidates should have at least five years of experience working for
a major online news provider, specifically with health news
publishing. The ideal candidate is an energetic, detailed individual
with a genuine passion to publish the latest and most relevant health
news. As the person responsible for updating news across the
Revolution Health Group?s network of interactive properties, the
candidate must possess strong project management, online production
skills as well as hands-on editorial skills. 
 
This is not a 9-5 job. Occasional nights and weekends are part of our
culture. 
 
This position is based in Washington, DC metro area. 
 
The News Producer will be responsible for:
? regularly updating news sections across all network properties;
? working with management to develop and implement the site?s overall
syndication strategy; 
? manage news partner relationships; 
? integrating content and production teams to maximize opportunities;
? working with other business units to create innovations in the
online news industry.
? strong writing skills;
? experience working in a deadline-driven environment;
? strong familiarity with HTML and content management systems;
? proven experience working with reporters and editors
