Interactive Project Manager/Digital Producer
Top NYC agency is seeking Interactive Project Managers/Digital
Producers to join its growing interactive division. The Interactive
Project Managers are responsible for:
--Digital project management with major, cutting-edge projects for
web site, online advertising (rich media, search, sponsorships,
etc.), non-traditional online/offline, micro-sites, RM, DR, IM,
community, AdverGame, SEO, SEM, viral/buzz and mobile campaigns.
--Leading the development, production, launch, and optimization of
cutting-edge digital campaigns for large and small clients
--Developing project plan timelines, resource allocations, budgets
using MS Project for complex, multiple party projects.
--Leading internal and external kick-off meetings
--Managing internal and external resources daily, in an
entrepreneurial, cost effective manner so that projects are delivered
on time and within/under budget
--Fostering cross-team communication to work effectively with
multiple teams to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
Requirements include:
--Demonstrated entrepreneurial and roll-up sleeves attitude for
managing multiple campaigns at once under tight cost and time
constraints
--Knowledge and experience working with all digital technologies,
major ad serving technologies, and opportunities/constraints
associated with each
--Should possess a strategic knowledge base with the digital arena
and emerging trends
--Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
--Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
--Excellent estimating, scheduling & budgeting skills.
--Strong understanding of information architecture and user-centered
design.
--Demonstrated proficiency in MS Project MS Office software, MS
Project, Visio, Photoshop, InDesign, and basic knowledge of Flash and
HTML are REQUIRED.
--Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills,
including meeting and workshop facilitation experience.
--Ability to communicate effectively with information architects,
visual designers and programmers
--Excellent team-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
skills.

growing interactive group. The Digital Account Supervisor is
responsible for:
--Leading and managing client and account relationships for the
digital portions of integrated marketing campaigns. This includes
working closely with client, traditional account, creative, and
digital production teams on major projects utilizing web site, online
advertising (rich media, search, sponsorships, etc.), non-traditional

interactive division. The Digital RM Strategist is responsible for:
--Providing strategic digital RM and DR direction across a broad
range of clients.
--Developing and delivering strategic frameworks and business
rationales for RM and DR campaigns that utilize web site, online
advertising (rich media, search, sponsorships, etc.), non-traditional
online/offline, micro-sites, IM, community, AdverGame, SEO, SEM,
viral/buzz and mobile components.
--Producing RM focused strategy and business case documents and then
working alongside other team members to ensure strategic thinking

--Working with data and analytics resources to develop segmentation
