Position: Online Ad Traffic Manager
Company: Global Interactive Media Website
Location: Midtown NYC
Type: Fulltime Hire

The Hired Guns are seeking an online ad traffic manager for our  
client, a leading global interactive media website.  This is a  
fulltime position located in midtown Manhattan.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where every day will  
bring new challenges.  The ideal candidate will have 6 months to one  
year of experience trafficking ads for an ad agency or media  
company.  However, we are also open to considering you if you lack ad  
trafficking experience yet possess keen attention to detail,  
proficiency with basic office applications such as Word, Excel and  
Outlook, and strong communication skills.  Knowledge of HTML is a plus.

Responsibilities:
~Being the authority on ad products and inventory
~Assisting sales team responses to RFPs by reporting on ad product  
specs, availability, and performance
~Obtaining ad units from clients and booking them in DART ad server
~Ensuring ad units meet site specs, running QA on click-throughs and  
overall site operability
~Managing changes to campaign content, weight, and rotation
~Providing top-notch support to sales team, account management team,  
and clients throughout each campaign
~Delivering detailed activity reports to clients and ensuring  
accurate billing

Skills and Experience:
~Bachelor's degree
~Background in advertising and Internet technology with 6 months to 1  
year of online ad trafficking and sales support expertise (ideal)
~Knowledge of DART ad-serving system (ideal ? but this can be learned)
~Incredibly high attention to detail, ability to multi-task and  
excellent written communication skills
~Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
~Basic knowledge of HTML
~Good understanding of how online advertising works
~Strong interpersonal/communication skills
~Extremely organized and detail-oriented
~Solid client service orientation

Title: Senior Project Manager
Company: Interactive Agency
Location: New York City (Midtown)
Type: Long term freelance, 6+ Months

The Hired Guns are looking for a confident Senior Project Manager who  
has experience building enterprise-level applications for the web. If  
you're into web-based apps, this could be a dream gig: you'll be  
driving a multi-lingual web app that will deploy globally to over  
2000 users. If you land this gig and make it all happen, you'll have  
one heck of an industrial-strength showcase piece for your portfolio.

You'll be working for a seasoned interactive veteran who wants you to  
own the project top to bottom. He'll set the strategy and do the  
information architecture, and you'll drive the project across the  
board from scoping and budgeting to timing and resource management.   
He's open to guns from the corporate side or the agency side, you  
just have to prove that you've got the right stuff.

Requirements:
~5+ years as a Project Manager overseeing interactive web development  
and/or software development
~Experience in enterprise software/web application rollouts (with a  
portfolio and/or documentation to prove it)
~Adept at air-traffic controlling and managing cross-functional  
product teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
~Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project, Office and Visio
~Experience working with Fortune 500 companies

Desirable:
~Experience developing multilingual web-based applications
~Familiarity with the following technologies: Content Management  
Systems, Digital Asset Management, Media Asset Management
