i dug up an old and simple website project proposal I did for a
freelance client back during the "lean" years of 2001/2002.

i made it generic and indicated where you can simply insert your
company name, etc.

it includes a good basic proposal structure and examples of line-item
pricing for various services along with a basic description/glossary of
what different line items and job descriptions mean.

hopefully, this will prove useful to someone. please let me know if it
