Cleaner's great but not cheap.  You could also just pay $30 for QuickTime
Pro 6.5.1 and then open the files and export setting options to Sorenson 3
(or experiment & find best codec for your needs) & set to 'fast start for
internet streaming'.  Then embed in web page w/QT embed/object tags outlined
at:

http://developer.apple.com/quicktime/quicktimeintro/tools/embed2.html

Will require QT plugin to playback.
