Okay, I know this is a Web Producers list...but I know we all do a variety of
things. I would like anyone's best guestimate to how much it would cost to do
the following for a small business. In GENERAL - it was moving an office
location to a new place - new ISP - new everything.

1 - Take a functioning server and move it to a new location - requiring new
IP's etc.
2 - Purchase 2 new small office computers
3 - Set up those 2 new computers with OS, Office, and various shortcuts, email
to work with an Exchange server, Windows Messenger, etc.
4 - Install OS, Office, shortcuts, email, windows messenger, and VPN so that
the main user could work from home with the click of a button.
5 - Set up FIVE computers with logins and identical set ups for all five users
6 - Set up all of the email accounts so that they all had the folders for all
of the other users
7 - Set up a shelf and install a hub
8 - Set up a WAP
9 - Naturally physically set up all the computers, plug the cables into the
jacks (every darned teensy step)
10 - configuring all that other fun stuff that has to be configured that I have
thought of.
11 - a client who has continually changing requests, new questions, and demands
regarding how everything should work.
12 - Oh yeah...and an exchange server that uses EFS to connect to a pop server
and grab all the mail

And anything else that I have forgotten. Ballpark figure....whattya think?
