FreeLists / webproducers / [webproducers] freelists crash

I wanted to let everyone know that the list was done for a bit due to a
server crash on the FreeLists server that hosts our list.  A new server was
installed by the folks at FreeLists July 9, 2001 and most of the data has
been recovered but they are still working on restoring the archives and the
minimal functionality available through the web at www.freelists.org

Later this week I'm going to post the responses to the WebProducers/Project
Managers survey we conducted recently.  

Although the list is only a few weeks old we have nearly 150 subscribers
from places like UK, Canada, Australia, Sweden, and USA working or having
worked as Producers/Project Managers for IT Consultants, Web Boutiques,
Interactive Agencies within Advertising or PR companies, Large Web shops
(like Razorfish or Sapient), and Interactive/Web Departments within
traditional companies.

Feel free to tell you friends and colleagues about the list and even better
chime in with you ideas, questions, suggestions about producing web
projects!
