Intuit has a product called QuickBase. It does include a Gantt chart and has a 
free version for up to a number of users. I can't remember the cutoff number 
but I think it is greater than 6.

Evan,
You might look into Basecamp and associated web applications.  These are
done/hosted by 37Signals.com.  I know a number of people using this for all
kinds of purposes.  The only drawback is it doesn't have a gantt chart view.
