The Hired Guns are searching for an interactive producer who can also  
function as an Information Architect on select projects for our  
client, a premier full-service ad agency that specializes in  
marketing and loyalty programs for an impressive roster of beauty  
brands. We want an enthusiastic leader who can "glue" interactive  
projects and teams together on time and on budget without breaking a  
sweat.

  In this truly unique Producer/IA role, you?ll get to sink your  
teeth into the creative on an awesome mix of projects from sites to  
promos to emails and online media. So this opportunity requires a  
strong sense of usability and an in-depth understanding of user- 
centric design. This would be the perfect gig for you if you're  
thrilled at the idea of not only managing production, but also  
leading the development of the user experience as you guide clients  
through sitemaps, wire frames, flowcharts and functional specs.

  Our ideal candidate is a collaborator who is comfortable buddying  
up with the design team to ensure requirements are met through the  
creative design phase. While you will lead as an IA on some projects,  
we also need someone who can partner with other Information  
Architects on more complex implementations to develop the overall  
user experience. Management responsibilities will include working  
with client services to determine project objectives, requirements,  
milestones, delivery timelines and budgets. As the leader of the  
pack, you?ll ensure quality throughout each stage of your project

  Here?s what we?ll be looking for:
  * 3-5 years of interactive producer experience
  * Proven leadership experience in an agency environment
  * Excellent organizational skills
  * Ability to present to clients
  * Solid experience leading information architects on site  
development, sitemaps, wire frames, flowcharts and specs
  * Strong sense of how to use and effectively incorporate  
interactive technologies
  * Expertise in MS Office, Project and Visio
  * Working knowledge of interactive front-end technologies (HTML,  
JavaScript, Flash, CSS, DHTML), browser and platform constraints
  * Basic understanding of common back-end technologies and platforms
  * Basic knowledge of databases and SQL-based development
  * An understanding of .NET and MS Content Server -bonus!
  * Experience with cosmetics or beauty -bonus!
  * Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
  * Detail-oriented
  * Beauty and Consumer Packaged Goods experience ?bonus!
  * Ability to tell great jokes (major points)
