SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER POSITION
Heartbeat Digital
Heartbeat Digital is a fast-growing NYC web and software developer with a
blue-chip client base, including Merck, Travelers Insurance, MetLife, Con
Edison, Pfizer, and Lilly. If you're an experienced project manager with
strong communication and organizational skills, consider Heartbeat
Digital.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop budgets and timelines using Microsoft Project
- Interface with clients on a day-to-day basis to communicate production
status
- Coordinate all website content collection efforts
- Coordinate internal site production process (involves overseeing
strategy, creative, copywriting, tech and QA teams)
- Manage monthly website traffic reporting
- Perform quality assurance and bug testing
- Assist in competitive research
- Coordinate client invoicing
Candidates must have the following experience:
- 3 years Internet project management experience
- Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, PPT, and Visio
- Experience working with WebTrends reporting
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated, disciplined, fast learner, organized
- Excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills
- Research and analytical skills
- Undergraduate degree
