[webproducers] Technical Producer question

Hi All,
I've been scouring the net in my job hunting quest and have run across
something I am confused about. What makes a Web Technical Producer
different than say either a Web Systems Analyst or even Front-End
Designer/Developer? When I look at the job duties and requirements, these
all seem to overlap or even be the same. I'm curious whether anyone could
explain the difference, if there really is one.
