James, thanks. Your comment gets to the heart of my recruiting
dilemma, because my department isn't big enough to have separate
Project Managers and Producers. My producers have to run the
entire project lifecycle, including budget and schedule, cracking
the whip on the creative and production teams while delighting
the client.
Should I be calling this combined role something other than
"Producer"?
