Branding and User Experience Design
If the "brand is the experience" online, then what kinds of user experiences
should great brands be seeking to deliver -- and how do they create them?
Building a well-branded site draws on many aspects of design -- a website's
look and feel (graphic design), the way a site is organized to convey what the
brand deems most important (information design) and actually shaping
experiences in the information architecture that deliver on objectives
(interaction design).
Come and learn from our panel of leading companies and practitioners how great
sites get built to deliver on the promises of their brands.

The NYC chapter of the Usability Professionals Association (UPA) seeks to

customer driven. By bringing together professionals from different industries
and disciplines and sharing our collective experiences, the NYC UPA hopes to
create a forum for learning and professional growth in the New York City
metropolitan (and tri-state) area.
