[webproducers] Suggestions Needed: AutoRun Software

I'm looking to take a shortcut on a project - my client wants both a website
and a CD-ROM. What I
would like to do is just place the website (which will be static) on a CD-ROM,
however the client
wants to get fancy and have it launch - so I'm looking for an easy to use
authoring tool that
will:

- Upon putting a CD-ROM into a computer will AutoRun to launch an HTML page
(using the default
browser installed on the computer)

- In an ideal world the launched HTML page would be set to a specific size,
hide the browser
window and black out the background (kiosk mode)

- I've see quite a few packages that do things like this on the Windows side
(but of course I'd
like to hear if anyone has any favorites), but I'm also looking for software
that will do this on
the Macintosh side as well (for OS X and Classic).

Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated. Some initial packages that I'm
looking at are:

Thanks,

Michael
