That's what I also understood. Plus, I've "heard" that some states also
have similar requirements if an organization receives state funds. Big
issue with non-profit organizations who may not directly receive funds from
a gov't entity but they do receive funds from another organization who's
receiving fed funds for a program.

Actually, I believe the websites recieving any kind of FEDERAL FUNDING have
to be accessible; that is, abide by the 508 standards.
