Hi Sergei

Thank you for  responding - let me see if I can explain better

I have never worked on the  creation of an  accessible websites aimed @ /
disabled,
All websites should meeting many of the guidelines that governments, web
community and other interest  organisation require to give access to the
disabled.

I have been receiving  a lot the info about the do and don'ts of developing
more accessible wesbites  but   as well as this info,
 I want to know ,as Tony Z from NYU has mentioned  what impact this has on
the project life cycle. Such  costs, changing working practices, culture etc
and if there is research on this, does anyone out dare have experience of
this.
