Hi Morry,

The 5 steps to a good proposal are:

1. Know your client (industry, background, personal wants)
2. Make is short and snappy (but provide what is asked for)
3. Give options - 3 is a good number
4. Be ready to negotiate everything
5. Present it in the easiest to read format (printed usually)

extra for good luck:

TALK TO YOUR CLIENT - meet with them if possible.

The sales process is all about people, not technology nor price.

If you need help ring me +44 (0)7 957 460 104

Cheers

Scott
